lol yes i have experience sumtin amazin last wednesday 4 th of april at new castel. yes i was there workin my ass off. i did an assalt course it was quite enjoyable yet hard.....it was so tiring... i did 20 push ups tonnes of abdominals ,crawl in mud through tunnel full of dirty water, climb roaps and walls, walk on unstable bridge, run sum miles after that. i reached a point where i could taste blood in my mouth. i felt the heat rising from my feet in the direction of my bran but i didnt give up i persevered. 2 males quit and a female i never cause im not a quitter. i ate frozen bread,cabbage,liver and drank tea in 5 minutes.
